Broad street~
Attention all Bibers, we found a new eating place!!
Its a buffet type restaurant serving a variety of dishes mostly indian, chinese, thai, italian and arab delicacies and in between they serve mexican enchiladas and guacamole, korean kimchi and greek salads. The best out of the menu is the Wok Station. Pick your veges, meat and noodles and they stir fry it to perfection and for the first time ever, mee goreng that has nearly the same taste with the ones in Brunei.
This is my 2nd round. Chicken Tikka, Lamb Sheesh, Fish in garlic sauce and sweet potatoes. I didn't bother to take pictures for the following rounds. Nyaman bh, tunggap sja tia :P
On top of that they serve quite a variety of deserts, best one is the little round balls, a layered cake top with kiwi pieces and definitely the ice cream. All of this, on a weekday for dinner, cost 14 pounds saja :) We had a voucher so we only pay 11pounds. Totally worth it. Best sungkai ever. The place is in Broad Street near ICC and its called Jimmy Spices.
jgn mkn the cheesecake, panya be gelatin, nasib jua huda tagur.
The layout of the restaurant. This is the salad section. I think on some other nights they serve sushi too.
Deep fried foods section. Spring rolls, crackers, chips, cucur indian style and mcm2 lagi. They also serve pizza and its not those typical pizzas you get from fast food branches. They use proper dough and its really nice. Too bad the toppings didn't compliment much of the base.
This is Arab, Italian and Thai section. Also you can order dosai from one of the chefs. Freshly made dpn2 ah, too bad i was quite full by then. The spaghetti bolognese wasn't that good tho according to Huda. It was sour, maybe too much tomato, less salt and sugar.
Indian and Oriental section. I didn't bother eating from this section, menu is quite the typical indian oriental cuisine. Nevertheless everything looks delicious.
Where all the magic happens. Eh wait...is that guy scratching his back? :O
Dessert section.
IceCream station.
Us with UncRajul.
Unc Rajul was also there last night with his course mates. I've been playing football with them for quite a while and they're really nice people. The guy holding the icecream is one of the worst trash talkers i ever met hahahaha that makes the game priceless. Thanks to Unc Rajul for the picture, for more quality, clear picture go here.
