Went to London last weekend for a day trip with Abu, Sepol and Nawer. Met up with Fadz in Brunei Hall. Sepol and Abu went separate ways so i brought Fadz and Nawir to Caranby Street, Covent Garden and Tower Bridge. It was a beautiful day and we stumble on lots of interesting and cool stuffs. Before we began the day, we went to Malaysian Hall. Had the nasi lemak. Its been a while. I just found out that you have to be accompanied at least by one malaysian to eat there. But none of us are so we just pretend to be Malaysians lol. If tekluar ckp Brunei, akun sja org sabah.
The new Primiership Ball taken inside Nike Town.
Ben's Cookies, situated in Covent Garden. A bit pricey but according to Fadz, the best cookies she ever tasted. The cookie shes holding is a peanut butter cookie with real nuts. Mine's the double chocolate cookie and it has a thick chocolate sauce in it. Nyyumm!!
The thing i like about covent garden is that it's always lively over there. With live street acts and performances, some of them are really good. Others however is just for the money. This guy is new to the addition, what a great gimmick to attract the kids.
I've always go to the side of Covent Garden where all the live shows are but never really wonder about the other side on Neal Street. Rupanya bnyak lagi kadai! And the best thing is its the independent shops.I bet Lydz and Pipos would love this shop. And i bet they've been here too hehehe.
I was quite frustrated about this. We passed him and he hasn't finish his art. So kmi jln2 for like half-an hr and still he hasn't finish it. Aku kn begambar konon masuk lubang hahahah Nevertheless awesome piece of art. I always get fwd emails on these kind of artworks but last weekend, watched it live! I saw a man with a big dslr waiting at the corner for him to finish.
This was towards the end of Neal Street, the big and awesome Forbidden Planet! Found it! The toys, gadgets and comics in here are mostly quite exclusive. The display cabinet was filled with action figures that i could just dream of buying hahahahha. Kluar my inner kid.
This photo is dedicated to Ehsan from Bristol. Never knew you open your own restaurant :P
This was taken otw to Tower Bridge. Before I explain the pic below, let me complain about something. Its the tube an weekends. Its really annoying! The whole circle line was shut down and the district and victoria line were partly operating. We were just on stop away from Tower Bridge and we had to change lines. Unfortunately the lines were not working. So we had to walk. Nasib jua bestamina masih. So yeah otw walking to Tower Bridge we cross a movie set! We thought its one of those hollywood movies but from the looks of the actor and actress, mcm creta hindustan. Jadith heheheh and we couldn't take any photographs bnrnya so ini gambar curi :P
At last, Tower Bridge. Luckily it didn't fall down that day.
Everyone met up at CNR that night for dinner. Mcm biasa, I ate the Wa Tan Ho aka Kuey Tiaw Basah, sedapp~ We had a big crowd too eating with us- Muna (nawir's sister) joined us along with donald. Taufiq also joined us along with Mamdoh, Hanim and Rina. they just finished watching G.I.Joe. Need to watch that movie someday.
The next day we helped Abu cleaned up his place. He left for Brunei earlier today. Makin tia sunyi sini ani. No more 'bh dinner rumah ku krg, ko masak' or 'bh aku masak, jgn tagur klu funky ah' lol. Funky is his description when the food has a mix of flavours and we had tasted quite a few :P But paling ku miss ni, nada gym buddy ku. It's hard for me to workout esp on chest when no one is supporting. Nda tia ku brani angkat barat2 nah. Kacau c Abu ani adakah balik awal. Anyway Bu, it has been an awesome year with you around especially with ur 'jahat' antics. Bh buat dissertation tu, copy paste nda asi tu lol Cya in September.
CBox Beb!
